Directions: 

From Chattanooga on I-24 West: 

Take EXIT 134 toward Sewanee/Univ of the South.  Turn left onto US-41 ALT N / TN-15 W. Continue about 12 miles on US-41 ALT N / TN-15 W to Cowan.  When you reach the city limits of Cowan, you will be on Cumberland Street.  Go about one mile and turn right on Tennessee Ave. immediately before the railroad track. You will see a large yellow building with "Monterey Station" in red letters.

Cowan is about 60 miles from Chattanooga, and typical travel time is one hour.  

From Nashville on I-24 East:
